Our mission

LADER was born from a simple observation: 75% of resumes are rejected by automated systems (ATS) before a recruiter ever reads them.

We built an all-in-one AI workspace so every job seeker can tailor their resume to each posting, write compelling cover letters, and present a professional image — without spending hours on each application.

Based in Paris, LADER is developed by Demian Thomasseau and powered by the latest advances in artificial intelligence.
